Going in for a medical procedure is a stressful time, for yourself or others. Making the transition to in-home care can be difficult. We understand that transportation and figuring out how to get to and from medical appointments is essential. Virginia Kares Home Care service is the only home care agency in our area that provides transportation from nursing homes or hospital setting to home. We do our best to provide the best care we can to our clients. During this transition care, we also provide home safety assessment as a courtesy. If you need medical equipment after getting home or medication, we can pick it up for you. We provide transportation to doctors’ offices and outpatient visits to the hospital.
